Who Makes a Great Referral?
We’re actively looking for connections to:
Owners of vacant or distressed properties
People who have inherited a home and are unsure what to do next
Landlords burned out from managing tenants
Property owners behind on payments or repairs
Anyone who’s said, “I’m thinking of selling soon” but hasn’t taken action
You don’t need to do anything more than share the lead with us and let the owner know we’ll be reaching out.
What We Can’t Accept
To stay compliant with Ohio real estate law, we do not reward for:
Properties already listed with a licensed real estate agent
Leads submitted by licensed agents or brokerage staff
Submissions with no viable contact info
Names or addresses pulled from data sources or online scraping
Referrals where the owner hasn’t been informed or did not give verbal permission to be contacted
We only work with non-licensed individuals for this program. If you’re an agent, contact us separately to discuss commission-based opportunities.
Ways You Can Help (and Earn)
Vacant or Run-Down Homes
Send us the address and anything you know about the owner. If we’ve never worked with them and can verify a real opportunity, you get paid.
Word-of-Mouth Referrals
Heard from a friend, family member, or co-worker that they’re thinking about selling? That’s a qualified lead. Send it in—with their permission.
Overwhelmed Landlords
Know someone dealing with bad tenants or high repair costs? We’ll offer options—either buying the property or taking over management. If it’s a real connection, you’ll earn your thank-you reward.
