• Step-by-step blueprints for optimizing your Google Business Page to boost local visibility and organic lead generation

Agent-Centric Training & Organic Lead Generation

We teach agents how to independently generate organic leads with minimal investment:

• Proven strategies for consistent, cost-effective lead generation

• Customized training that helps you build and nurture your client pipeline

Flexible Commission Plans That Prioritize Your Goals

We offer two flexible commission structures, each with a clear annual brokerage cap:

Option 1: 100% Commission Plan

• $500 per transaction, capped annually at $10,000

• Example: Sell a $300,000 home at a 3% commission ($9,000). At closing, you receive $8,500, brokerage retains a flat $500 transaction fee per closing until the annual cap is reached. After that, keep 100% of commissions.

• Ideal for part-time agents or those expanding their network

Option 2: 50/50 Split Plan

• 50% split on each commission until a $6,000 annual cap is reached

• Example: Sell a $300,000 home at a 3% commission ($9,000). You receive $4,500 at closing, brokerage retains $4,500. Once the $6,000 cap is met, you retain 100% of future commissions. In this case, only $1,500 left to go for the year!

• Perfect for high-volume agents consistently closing transactions

All agents pay a straightforward $250 annual brokerage-member fee due on your anniversary each year. No other hidden broker fees—ever. Note that state, MLS, and licensing fees may apply independently from those entities.

Property Management Opportunities

Diversify your income through property management:

• $500/year flat fee paid to the broker

• Compliance and oversight provided; you focus on client acquisition and servicing

Personalized Broker Mentorship & Support

Receive direct guidance from Principal Broker and other coaches and mentors the Firm contracts with:

• Personalized coaching from an active professional consistently closing deals and building wealth through real estate

• Strategic advice tailored specifically to your goals

Modern Tools & Cutting-Edge Resources

From Dotloop transaction management to custom marketing templates, social media coaching, and branding guidance, we equip you to stand out as a modern real estate professional.

Occasional Buyer & Seller Leads

Agents will receive warm buyer and seller leads from our brokerage’s digital and referral networks, accompanied by coaching on effective lead conversion strategies.
